CRC encourages employees to take time off to relax and refresh.

vacations

Generally employees are entitled to annual paid vacation based on the following schedule:

Years of Service	Vacation Days
Less than 1 year	Prorated
1 year, but less than 9 years	15 (120 hours)
9 years, but less than 19 years	20 (160 hours)
19 years, but less than 29 years	25 (200 hours)
29 years for more	30 (240 hours)

You become eligible for a change in vacation accrual beginning on the first of the month following completion of the 9th, 19th and 29th service anniversaries.
