The City of Moreno Valley is pleased to announce that its online web portal SimpliCITY, which already provides customers the ability to search all facets of development services, has been expanded to accept online payments. This feature is just the latest enhancement to Simplicity.

The SimpliCITY online web portal successfully launched in May of 2017. Allowing customers to process online payments is the next step in unleashing the full power of SimpliCITY.

After a simple registration step, customers can research the most current status of records, organize records into a central location and pay invoices - all without making a trip to City Hall.

Using a credit card or checking account to pay an existing invoice will only be a mouse click away, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through the City of Moreno Valley’s SimpliCITY web portal at www.moval.org/simplicity.

Stay tuned as SimpliCITY will continue to expand and enhance customer care by providing even more online services, including application submittals, permits, scheduling inspections, enforcement cases, and many other aspects of the development and municipal code process.

For more information, please call 951.413.3310 or email simplicity@moval.org.
