Merchandise Vendors, Performers, and Altar Displays Sought for Moreno Valley Day of the Dead Celebration

The Moreno Valley Parks and Community Services Department is seeking applications from merchandise vendors and performers to participate in the City’s Day of the Dead Celebration. Day of the Dead is a holiday that is celebrated to commemorate departed loved ones. This cultural arts event is scheduled for Friday, November 3, 2017 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. at the Cottonwood Golf Center located at 13671 Frederick Street. Admission to this event is free.
There are several opportunities for local vendors and performers to showcase their talents and sell merchandise at this unique event:
- Retail Booth: Spaces are available for $25. A City of Moreno Valley business license and a booth application are required.
- Altar Display: Spaces are available for $25. Please refer to the application for guidelines.
- Performances: To make a commitment to perform, simply submit a performer application. The Application form is available here.
All applications must be received by Tuesday, October 24, 2017. Vendors, performers, and altar builders may obtain more information and applications from the City’s website or for more information, please call the Parks & Community Services Department at 951.413.3280.
