With gates opening at 1 p.m., the festival begins at 3 p.m. featuring an exciting line-up with a performance by the nationally recognized Pacific Crest Drum and Bugle Corps, followed by head-bopping, toe-tapping, and hip-shaking performances by the “The Band Fresh,” “Crimes of Passion - A Tribute to Pat Benatar,” and then “Fan Halen – A Tribute to Van Halen.”

The grand finale is a long-time favorite in Moreno Valley with the fireworks extravaganza beginning at 9 p.m. The fireworks show will be simulcast with patriotic music by KOLA 99.9 FM.
