Community Invited to Workshop on Proposed Energy Efficiency Standards
The City of Moreno Valley invites the community to participate in a workshop on proposals to promote energy efficiency in new development.
City Planners are proposing an update to Moreno Valley’s General Plan to create energy efficiency standards for new projects. The proposed updates would also provide incentives for Multi-Family Residential development that meets energy efficiency standards.
Community input is an important part of this effort. Residents are invited to the workshop to receive more information and share their thoughts with City planners.
The workshop will be held on November 2nd from 6-7 p.m. in the City Council Chamber at 14177 Frederick Street.
This planning effort is supported by funding from Southern California Edison.
