World Logistics Center Project Planning Commission Hearing
to Resume June 25, 2015

The Moreno Valley Planning Commission will resume its Public Hearing on the proposed World Logistics Center project on Thursday, June 25th at 5 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall.

On June 11, 2015, the Planning Commission initiated the public hearing for the proposed project slated for the eastern portion of the City.  This hearing was well attended with approximately 450 people in attendance. The hearing included a presentation by City Staff and the developer, Highland Fairview. 

Individuals who were unable to speak before the Hearing recessed late in the evening of June 11 will be heard when the hearing resumes on Thursday. Members of the community who have not already spoken on the item may also submit a speaker slip at the beginning of the meeting.

In the event there is not enough seating in the Council Chamber, additional seating will be available in the gymnasium located next door in the Conference and Recreation Center facility.

To provide for efficiency at the meeting, seating will be reserved in the City Council Chambers between 4:00-4:45 p.m. for those individuals who submitted a speaker card at the June 11th meeting. After 4:45 p.m., any remaining “reserved” seats in the Council Chambers will be opened up on a first come, first served basis.
