Citywide Bulky Waste Clean-Up Event
The City of Moreno Valley and Waste Management will host a citywide Bulky Waste Clean-Up Event on Saturday, March 21, 2015. The event will be held at Valley View High School located at 13135 Nason Street from 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. The event supports the City’s Keep Moreno Valley Beautiful initiatives by properly disposing of waste to ensure a cleaner, greener Moreno Valley.
The bulky waste clean-up gives residents the opportunity to dispose of large items that are too big to fit into the regular trash cart. These items may include furniture, mattresses, old appliances, electronic waste or excess trash. Household hazardous waste such as latex or oil paint, empty drums, motor oil, batteries or tires will not be accepted at the event. Residents will be required to show a photo ID or utility bill as proof of residency and should be prepared to unload waste materials themselves.
