“Five Dollar Fridays” Cat & Kitten Adoption Special Rates
Fridays in November are special for cats and kittens at the Moreno Valley Animal Shelter. A special adoption event for cats and kittens at the Moreno Valley Animal Shelter offers a large adoption rate discount as part of the Blue Buffalo “Home 4 the Holidays” Pet Adoption Event sponsored by Blue Buffalo and the Helen Woodward Animal Center. The Animal Shelter is located at 14041 Elsworth Street.
On Five Dollar Fridays in November cats and kittens will be available for only $5. These special adoption prices include spay or neuter surgery, 3-in-1 vaccination, and a HomeAgain microchip. Because the Moreno Valley Animal Shelter will be closed on Friday, November 28th during the Thanksgiving Day Holiday, the special $5 rate will apply on Saturday, November 29th.
Blue Buffalo Home 4 the Holidays is a three-month adoption campaign from October 1, 2014 to January 2, 2015 designed to save the lives of orphaned pets and raise awareness about the importance of pet adoption during this holiday season. The Blue Buffalo Home 4 the Holidays campaign is working to educate the public about the importance of choosing pet adoption over other pet finding options. There are many deserving pets at the Moreno Valley Animal Shelter looking for their new life long loving home.
The Moreno Valley Animal Shelter is one of more than 3,500 pet adoption agencies, facilities and rescue-groups, participating in this three month long pet adoption event. Home 4 The Holidays pet adoption campaign has become the largest annual pet adoption campaign. Since its inception in 1999, more than 9 million pets have been saved.
Pets adopted during this special event that have not already been altered will stay for surgery and be available to go home on the afternoon of the day surgery is scheduled.
