Draft Environmental Impact Report for New Project
Ready for Public Review

A Draft Environmental Impact Report (P13-130) for the Modular Logistics Center Project has been prepared and is available for public review and comment.

The proposed project application consists of Plot Plan PA13-0063, which proposes a site layout, architectural plans, and landscape design for one warehouse building that is proposed to be constructed and operated on the property located on the east side of Perris Boulevard, north of Modular Way, south of Edwin Road, and west of Kitching Street- totaling 50.84 gross acres.

The proposed logistics warehouse building is 1,109,378 square feet (1,089,378 square feet of warehouse space and 20,000 square feet of office space) with 256 loading bays. The project is located within the Moreno Valley Industrial Area Plan (Specific Plan 208).

The public review period of the Draft Environmental Impact Report for this project begins on October 24, 2014 and ends on December 8, 2014. During the public review period, public agencies, interested organizations, and individuals have the opportunity to comment on the Draft Environmental Impact Report. All comments can be sent to claudiam@moval.org.
