Moreno Valley Residents Invited to Comment on RTA Plan
The Riverside Transit Agency (RTA) is seeking comment on their Proposed 10-Year Transit Network Plan. The Plan was developed as part of an ongoing, 18-month study called the Comprehensive Operational Analysis (COA), which is expected to be completed this fall. The purpose of the study is to create a plan to guide RTA service for a decade.
Pending RTA Board of Directors' approval, the final proposed transit plan, based on the public response, would be implemented over a ten-year period with some changes taking effect as early as January 2015.
