The Moreno Valley City Council selected Jesse Molina to serve as Mayor for the balance of the 2014 calendar year at the June 24 Regular Council Meeting. In his second term as Council Member for District 1, Molina is excited about new opportunities and humbled by the opportunity.

In his remarks after the vote, Molina asserted his gratitude. “I am humbled to serve you. I work for you.” He added that his “job is to listen.” The Mayor is looking forward to serving the community in his new role.

Mayor Molina currently serves on the Riverside Transit Agency (RTA), Western Riverside County Regional Conservation Authority (RCA), School Districts/City Joint Task Force, Public Safety Subcommittee (PSSC), Senior Citizens’ Board, and Recreational Trails Board.
