District 4 Business Roundtable Luncheon
The City’s Economic Development efforts include both attraction of new business and retention of existing business.
The Business Roundtable Program was developed and designed to promote dialogue between the business community and City officials. Roundtables are hosted annually in each City Council District. The District 4 Business Roundtable luncheon was held on Wednesday, January 8, 2014, at the Steer ‘n Stein restaurant on Perris Boulevard. Attendees included business owners and managers representing retail, personal fitness, financial investment, distribution centers and industrial development firms.
Council Member Dr. Yxstian A. Gutierrez welcomed the group and spoke of the importance of open communication between the business community and City officials to support economic success. John C. Terell, Director of Community and Economic Development, briefed the group on current economic development activity within the City.
