Final Environmental Impact Report
The Final Environmental Impact Report (P12-064 EIR) for the First Inland Logistics Center II is complete and available for review.
Plot Plan PA12-0023 proposes a site layout, architectural plans, and landscape design for the one building that is proposed to be constructed on the property. A building having 400,130 square feet of interior floor space is proposed, consisting of 394,130 s.f. of warehouse space and 6,000 s.f. of office and mezzanine space.
The Final EIR contains responses to the comments that were received during the public review period and any necessary modifications to the text of the Draft EIR. For your information and convenience, the document is available online at www.moreno-valley.ca.us. Hard copies of the document can also be reviewed during normal business hours at City Hall 14177 Frederick Street at the Planning Division counter or at the Moreno Valley Library, located at 25480 Alessandro Boulevard.
The project and subsequent EIR has also been scheduled for public hearing at the December 12, 2013 Planning Commission Meeting at 7:00 pm in the Council Chamber at City Hall.
