Riverside County Small Business Expo: Full Speed Ahead
Four Riverside County transportation agencies have joined forces with a common goal to increase opportunities for disadvantaged, small and veteran businesses. The Riverside County Transportation Commission (RCTC), Riverside County Transportation Department (RCTD), Riverside Transit Agency (RTA) and Caltrans-District 8 have partnered to increase opportunities for local businesses.
The four agencies are committed to support, promote and strengthen the marketability of these businesses with prime contractors and public agencies specifically within Riverside County. To this end, RCTC, RCTD, RTA and Caltrans are jointly hosting a Small Business Expo on Thursday, June 27, 2013 at the Moreno Valley Conference Center from 8 am to 12 noon. The expo will feature two panel presentations: Doing Business with Riverside County Agencies and Building a Winning Team and a Winning Proposal, exhibits, on-site resources and support for disadvantaged/small business certification, and vendor registration for future bid/proposal notices.
