A Draft Environmental Impact Report (P12-064) for First Inland Logistics Center II Project (PA12-0023) has been prepared and is available for public review and comment.

The proposed project includes the following applications:

Plot Plan PA12-0023.  Plot Plan PA12-0023 proposes to demolish and remove an existing 8.4 acre truck trailer storage yard, grade an approximately 17.3 acre site, and construct and operate one building having 400,130 square feet of interior floor space consisting of 394,130 square feet of warehouse space and 6,000 square feet of office and mezzanine space with 59 loading bays.

The public review period of the Draft Environmental Impact Report for this project begins on June 12, 2013 and ends on July 29, 2013.  During the public review period, public agencies, interested organizations, and individuals have the opportunity to comment on the Draft Environmental Impact Report.
