On Wednesday, May 8th, I appeared voluntarily at the Grand Jury and they graciously accepted my request to be interviewed. My desire to appear was the result of a search warrant which was served at my home as part of a wide ranging investigation by federal enforcement agencies. As I have previously stated, I welcome this probe, and pledge my full support.

I will resume my testimony before the Grand Jury on Wednesday, May 15th at 2:00 P.M. and, as always, stand ready to respond to any and all questions, and to assist the Grand Jury in its important work.
