Moreno Valley Celebrates Spring With Special Activities for Youth
The Moreno Valley Parks and Community Services Department will host several special spring activities in March 2013.
Saturday, March 23
- Easter Egg Hunt will be held for local children ages 2 to 12 years at Sunnymead Park located at 12655 Perris Blvd. at 9:00 a.m. sharp. Thousands of hidden candy and prize-filled eggs will be available for children within the age range and for physically challenged children as well.
- Bunny Brunch will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Senior Community Center located at 25075 Fir Ave. Children ages 3 to 12 years of age will enjoy a morning of games, crafts, a special breakfast prepared just for them, and a visit from the Easter Bunny! There is a fee $6.00.
Tuesday, March 26
- The Easter Chef’s Workshop will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the TownGate Community Center. Children ages 4 to 12 years will make delicious holiday goodies to take home and enjoy. There is a fee of $8.00.
Thursday, March 28
- The final seasonal activity provided by the Moreno Valley Parks and Community Services Department is the Hop Down the Craft Trail to be held on, at the TownGate Community Center located at 13100 Arbor Park Lane from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Children 4 to 12 years of age will make several creative spring crafts. There is a fee of $8.00.
