CEQA Process & EIR Overview
The City of Moreno Valley announces an upcoming Community Forum.
Residents and businesses are invited and encouraged to attend a special community forum to learn about the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and hear an overview of the World Logistics Center Environmental Impact Report (EIR).
Speakers for the Community Forum will include:
- Barry Foster, Director of Moreno Valley’s Community & Economic Development Department
- Michael Brandman, Partner with Michael Brandman Associates-FirstCarbon Solutions
- Jordan Levine, Economist & Director of Economic Research with Beacon Economics
Moderator of the Community Forum will be Mayor Tom Owings
