Moreno Valley Police Department Hosts the 5th Annual National Take-Back Initiative

The Moreno Valley Police Department is hosting the 5th Annual National Take-Back Initiative, a nationwide, one-day, collaborative effort to remove potentially dangerous expired, unused, and unwanted prescription drugs from our nation's homes.

During the previous four events, the nation collected almost 775 tons of medications, of which 58,000 pounds were collected in the greater Los Angeles area alone. The event will provide an opportunity for people to safely remove dangerous drugs from their homes with no questions asked.
