March Business Center Project Draft Environmental Impact Report

The Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR) for the March Business Center Project is complete and available for review.  The project includes PA11-0001 (General Plan Amendment), PA11-0002-PA11-0006 (Master Plot Plan and Four Individual Plot Plans), PA011-0007 (Tentative Parcel Map No. 35879), P11-004 (Specific Plan Amendment) and P11-005 (Environmental Impact Report).

map of projectThe project proposes a tentative parcel map, master plot plan and four (4) plot plans to subdivide a 75.05 acre portion of land into four separate parcels to include four (4) individual industrial buildings totaling 1,484,407 square feet within the I (Industrial) land use district. The project also includes a General Plan Amendment to amend the circulation element as well as an amendment to Specific Plan No. 208 to realign and re-classify Krameria Avenue. The proposed project site is located on the southeast corner of Iris Avenue and Heacock Street, approximately 1,300 feet west of Indian Street, south of Iris Avenue and north of the Perris Valley Channel.  A majority of the site is located immediately north of the Perris Valley Channel, with the exception of approximately 1.84 acres located southwest of the existing Channel.

If you wish to provide written comments on the DEIR, comments must be received at the City of Moreno Valley Community & Economic Development Department by no later than the conclusion of the 45 day review period, or by Wednesday, June 13, 2012.
